Salix humboldtiana, commonly known as Humboldt’s Willow, is a tall, fast-growing deciduous tree native to the Americas. It features long, narrow green leaves and a graceful, upright habit, often forming a loose, weeping canopy. Thriving in wet or riparian areas, it is ideal for large landscapes, shelter planting, and erosion control. Hardy and adaptable, Humboldt’s Willow performs well in a range of New Zealand climates, adding height, movement, and seasonal interest to expansive garden or farm settings.
