Pyrus ussuriensis, commonly known as the Manchurian Pear, is a hardy deciduous tree admired for its masses of white spring blossoms and exceptional autumn colour. The glossy green foliage provides a lush canopy through summer before turning brilliant shades of red, orange, and gold. Well suited to New Zealand conditions, this resilient tree makes an outstanding feature or avenue planting.
