Michelia Warm Fuzzies

Michelia Warm Fuzzies is a handsome, evergreen shrub grown for both its foliage and exquisite flowers. It forms a small, shapely plant and carries small, glossy, dark green leaves which are very aesthetic in their own right. From spring through summer, masses of large, velvet, brown buds open to reveal lightly scented, stunning, cream-white flowers. This evergreen typically grows to 3 m tall and 2.5 m wide. Michelia Warm Fuzzies is commonly grown as a specimen, included in mixed plantings, clipped into a hedge, or used as a backdrop for other plants.

You can still plant in summer provided careful attention is paid to watering.
