How to grow Liriodendron chinense in NZ

Grow Liriodendron chinense in full sun or light shade with fertile, deep, well drained soil. Choose a sheltered site protected from strong winds and water regularly while the tree establishes. Mulch annually to conserve moisture and improve soil quality.
