Liquidambar 'Gumball' is a small tree grown for its form and fantastic autumn colours. This popular ornamental tree features leaves that emerge lime green in spring, darken during summer, then change to a myriad of orange-red and dark purple colours in autumn before falling. It typically grows to 3 m tall and 2 m wide and can be trimmed as necessary. How to grow Liquidambar ‘Gumball’ in NZ
