How to grow Ginkgo biloba (Male) in NZ

Ginkgo biloba (Male) grows best in full sun with well drained soil. In NZ, it performs well in most regions and tolerates a wide range of conditions including urban environments. Prepare the soil with compost before planting to improve structure. Water regularly during establishment, then reduce watering as the tree becomes more drought tolerant.
