Ficus dammaropsis, commonly known as the New Guinea or Dinner Plate Fig, this rare subtropical tree is favoured for its amazing foliage. It produces large leaves that have a pleated appearance as it grows to 5 m tall and 3 m wide. Ficus dammaropsis is commonly included in tropical gardens, planted around pool and other outdoor living areas, or grown indoors in foyers or where space affords.
