Eucalyptus nicholii is a medium-sized, hardy tree that features pretty flowers and lush, green foliage. The white flowers are produced in autumn amidst the trailing leaves. The branches themselves are held erectly from a central stem. It typically grows to 15 m tall and about 8 m wide, performing best when grown in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of moderate frost, extended dry periods, and moderate wind. This variety is commonly grown as a specimen, used as a backdrop for smaller plants, grown as a shade tree, or used on lifestyle blocks for shelter and screening.
