Elingamita johnsonii
Elingamita johnsonii is a NZ native tree that typically grows to 5 m tall and 4 wide. The leaves are smooth, glossy, and dark green. They become adorned with tiny, pale yellow-pink flowers from spring through summer and are followed by bunches of red fruit that take a year or more to ripen. Elingamita johnsonii makes an excellent specimen in frost-free areas and is also well suited for including in mixed plantings.
