Betula White Spire is a white stemmed variety that grows with an upright, pyramidal habit. The foliage is lush, dark green and contrasts well with the white stems. As autumn progresses the leaves develop colourful golden tones before falling. This deciduous tree typically grows to 8 m tall and 5 m wide. Betula White Spire is well suited to large parks and gardens where it is often planted in clusters. It is also commonly used for screening and shelter purposes.
