Betula pendula 'Tristis' is a graceful weeping silver birch admired for its elegant pendulous branches and bright white bark. Betula pendula 'Tristis' grows best in full sun where its canopy develops evenly and bark colour is enhanced. Plant in well drained soil enriched with organic matter before planting.
