Hatiora salicornioides, commonly known as the Mistletoe Cactus or the Dancing Bones plant, is a succulent grown for its amazing foliage. It produces delicate green stems that are heavily branched which results in a somewhat tangled appearance. Small, yellow flowers are often produced at the stem tips during spring. It typically grows with a ball shape to 30 cm tall and the same wide. Hatiora salicornioides, commonly known as the Mistletoe Cactus or the Dancing Bones plant, is a succulent grown for its amazing foliage. It produces delicate green stems that are heavily branched which results in a somewhat tangled appearance. Small, yellow flowers are often produced at the stem tips during spring. It typically grows with a ball shape to 30 cm tall and the same wide, and performs best when positioned in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. This plant will tolerate extended dry periods but does need to be protected from frost.
