Echeveria setosa Details

Echeveria setosa is a succulent that forms a rosette of interestingly leaves. The leaves are grey-blue with soft, white hairs. A stem carrying orange-red flowers often rises well above the foliage in summer. This succulent typically grows to 15 cm tall and the same wide, growing best when grown in a full sun position on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of moderate frost, cool climates, coastal environments, and extended dry periods. Echeveria setosa makes a great pot plant and is often used in rock gardens, or grown where something hardy and a little unusual is wanted. The wonderful leaves make this a stand out plant.
