Echeveria Dark Vader is a succulent grown for its impressive colourings. It grows as a short rosette of curly, dark purple-black leaves when grown in full sun. A stem carrying red flowers rises above the foliage in summer. This succulent typically grows to 15 cm tall and the same wide, growing best in a full sun position on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of light frost, coastal environments, and extended dry periods. Echeveria Dark Vader makes a great pot plant and is often used in rock gardens or planted in areas where something hardy and a little unusual is wanted. The wonderful leaf shape and colour makes this a standout succulent.
