Aloe bellatula is a small Aloe that produces succulent, green-brown leaves about 30 cm long. The leaves carry a distinctive white spotting and white teeth on the margins. In winter it produces red-orange flowers with white interiors. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 70 cm wide, preferring a well-drained soil and a full sun position. Aloe bellatula is commonly included in coastal gardens, mixed plantings, grown in a container, or planted in the drier parts of the garden.
