Spiraea Anthony Waterer is grown for its pretty flowers. Rose-pink flowers, borne as a flat-topped cluster, literally cover the plant through summer. New growth in spring is red-purple which then ages to a mid-green colour as it grows to 1 m tall and the same wide. Spiraea Anthony Waterer provides a lovely contrast to other plant colours in mixed plantings. It is also used in borders, maintained in a container, trimmed into a hedge, included in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or mass planted for a stunning display.
