Rhododendron Percy Wiseman is a popular variety that features masses of showy cream-pink flowers through spring. The flowers turn cream white with a yellow throat as they age and result in a very colourful display. It is reasonably fast growing with an erect growth habit, bearing dark green leaves that complement the flowers nicely. It typically grows to 1.2 m tall and the same wide, performing best when grown in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost, though should be protected from harsh frosts when young.
