Gecko Gold Pseudopanax

The Gecko Gold Pseudopanax is grown for its vibrant and fresh foliage. It has broad and rounded leaves which are green with splashes of bright yellow. The foliage is lush and held reasonably densely on this evergreen as it grows to 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide. It performs best when planted on a well-drained site in full sun. In partial shade it tends to grow with a more open and spreading habit. It is tolerant of wind, coastal environments, moderate drought, and frost once established. The Gecko Gold Pseudopanax is commonly included in a mixed planting, planted around living areas, used in tropical gardens, planted to brighten a dull corner, or simply maintained in a container.
