“Iceberry” is a shrub grown for its ornamental berries and delightful foliage. During spring it produces cream-white flowers which then result in large, ice-white berries in summer. Graceful, arching branches bear dark green leaves with new leaves emerging a bronze colour. The combination of berries and foliage is very aesthetic. It typically grows to 1.5 m tall and the same wide, growing best on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun. It is frost hardy and tolerant of dry periods once established. “Iceberry” is commonly included in a mixed planting, added to a cottage garden, planted around outdoor living areas, or trimmed into a hedge.
