“Blonde n Gorgeous” is a variety of Loropetalum grown for its interesting flowers and pendulous growth habit. Through spring and autumn, it produces spider-like, white flowers, which are both unusual and appealing. The foliage on this bushy, evergreen shrub is olive-green with new foliage emerging a lighter shade of green. It grows densely to about 1.5 m tall and 2 m wide, performing best when planted on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun. It is hardy to moderate frost and will tolerate dry periods and coastal environments. “Blonde n Gorgeous” is commonly included in a mixed planting, added to a cottage garden, planted around outdoor living areas, or grown for its interesting colouring. It looks fabulous when maintained in a pot on a patio, deck, or the like.
