Lophomyrtus traversii is an evergreen, NZ native shrub grown for its petite and colourful foliage. The leaves are light green with a yellow centre and carried on red stems. It typically grows to 2 m tall and 1.5 m wide performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained site with good soil moisture. It is tolerant of frost, cool climates, coastal conditions, and dry periods once established.
