Hypocalymma Golden Veil
“Golden Veil” is a small shrub grown for its attractive and colourful foliage. New foliage emerges red and ages to become variegated green and cream. It typically grows to 80 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. This is a hardy plant that will tolerate drought, cool climates, heavy soils, and coastal environments. “Golden Veil” is commonly included in mixed plantings and borders, maintained in a container, planted around water features or outdoor living areas, included in cottage gardens, or mass planted for an impressive display.
