Hydrangea paniculata 'Phantom' is a deciduous shrub renowned for its massive, cone-shaped flower heads that can reach up to 37 cm long. Hydrangea paniculata 'Phantom' grows best in full sun to partial shade and thrives in rich, moist, well-drained soil.
