Hydrangea ‘Harlequin’ is a stunning variety that features a large, rose coloured flowers with a white edge. These large and showy balls are produced from summer through autumn and are complemented by large, green leaves. It grows as a multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub with a rounded form to about 1.5 m tall and the same wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Best growth is achieved in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site with a slightly acidic soil. This Hydrangea is hardy to cool climates, frost, and short periods of dry. ‘Harlequin’ is a great variety for including in a mixed planting, planting around the base of larger trees, adding to cottage gardens, maintaining in a container, growing as an informal hedge, or planting around outdoor living areas.
