Hydrangea arborescens, Wild Hydrangea
Hydrangea arborescens ‘Annabelle’, commonly known as the Wild Hydrangea, is a popular variety of that produces large clusters of pure white flowers through summer and autumn. The flowers are complemented with large, dark green leaves that are both lush and fresh in appearance. It grows to about 2 m tall and 1.5 m wide. Hydrangea ‘Annabelle’ is a great variety for including in a mixed planting, maintaining in a container, using as an informal hedge, using in “white” gardens, or planting as a backdrop for smaller plants.
