Hibiscus 'Crown of Warringah' (Rose Of China) Details
“Crown of Warringah” is a lovely Hibiscus grown for its showy, single flowers. The flowers are apricot orange and produced from through summer and autumn on upright, slender branches. The foliage comprises glossy green leaves held on a shrub that grows to about 2 m tall and the same wide. Best performance with this plant is achieved when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of moderate frost. “Crown of Warringah” is commonly used as a showy specimen, for hedging or screening, in mixed plantings, grown in a container, added to a tropical garden, or planted around the barbecue area.
