Hibiscus 'Crown of Bohemia' (Chinese Hibiscus) Details
“Crown of Bohemia” is a variety of Hibiscus grown for its showy, double flowers. The flowers are deep orange and produced through summer and autumn off upright, slender branches. The foliage comprises glossy green leaves. It typically grows to 1.5 m tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of moderate frost. “Crown of Bohemia” is commonly used as a showy specimen, for hedging or screening, in mixed plantings, grown in a container, added to a tropical garden, or planted around the barbecue area.
