Hebe ‘Lollipop’ is a variety of Hebe grown for its form, foliage, and flowers. The foliage is a deep burgundy colour, and this tends to intensify during the cooler months. The foliage is complemented with clusters of delicate, pink flowers during summer. This NZ native grows as a bushy, evergreen shrub to about 40 cm tall and the same wide, growing best on a well-drained site in full sun or partial shade. It is hardy to moderate frost, coastal environments, and short periods of dry. Hebe ‘Lollipop’ is a versatile plant that is often used in mixed and border plantings, planted around outdoor living areas, included in rock gardens, maintained in a container, or mass planted on a bank or as a groundcover.
