Hebe Charlotte looks most effective when planted in clusters and is commonly included in a mixed planting, used in borders, planted around outdoor living areas such as pools, maintained in a container, or added to a cottage garden. It is also well suited to being mass planted on a bank or the like.

The Charlotte Hebe is a spreading, NZ native shrub grown for its amazing foliage and colourful flowers. Impressive and showy, purple flower spikes adorn the plant through summer above the lush and glossy, green foliage. Together they result in a highly aesthetic plant. This evergreen typically grows to 75 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site.
