“Broadway Mint” is a fast growing, small tree with dense branching and lush foliage which makes it perfect for hedging. The foliage comprises large and glossy, wavy leaves which gives it a fresh and vibrant appeal. Small, green flowers in spring are followed by green-black fruits in autumn which are great for attracting birds. Left untrimmed it will grow to 5 m tall and 3 m wide but it is often clipped to sizes much less than this. It grows best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site and will tolerate coastal conditions, wind, and frost. “Broadway Mint” is perfect for hedging and screening but also makes for a lovely specimen, or as a colourful backdrop for smaller plants. The gorgeous foliage and versatility of this plant makes it a popular choice. For hedging space plants 75 cm apart
