Grevillea poorinda Tranquillity is a fast-growing shrub renowned for its striking flowers and great foliage. Large and showy clusters of cream and pink, spider-like flowers are borne from autumn through until spring. They are great for attracting nectar feeding birds, and are complemented with dark green leaves. It typically grows to 1 m tall and the same wide, and can be trimmed as necessary. This evergreen performs best when grown in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is frost hardy and tolerant of both dry periods and coastal environments. Grevillea Tranquillity is commonly included in mixed plantings, added to Mediterranean themed gardens, used for hedging, grown around pool and other living areas, or mass planted on a bank or the like for a magical display. It is also well suited to being maintained in a container or planted to brighten a dull spot in the garden.
