It typically grows to 2 m tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods, coastal conditions, and moderate frost. Grevillea rosmarinifolia is commonly included in a mixed planting, trimmed into a hedge, added to coastal gardens, or planted to attract birds.
