Grevillea ‘Firecracker’ is a low growing shrub, grown for its flowering and foliage. From winter through spring, it produces mass of orange and yellow coloured flowers which literally transforms the plant into a mass of vibrant colour. These are held out from the fine, dark green foliage. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 80 cm wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods and coastal conditions and will cope with mild frost. Grevillea ‘Firecracker’ is commonly included in a mixed planting, used as a groundcover, or maintained in a container.
