Gardenia augusta ‘White Star’ is a stunning shrub that features large and showy, pure white flowers through spring and summer. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 1.2 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. Gardenia ‘White Star’ is perfect for using as a groundcover, including in borders, adding to ‘tropical’ or “white” gardens, growing in a container, planting around the base of larger plants, or planting anywhere it can truly be appreciated.
