Whau, Corkwood, New Zealand Mulberry
Entelea arborescens, commonly known as Whau, is a NZ native shrub that typically grows to 3 m tall and 2 m wide. It produces fragrant white flowers through spring and summer, which are followed by chestnut-like seed capsules. The distinctive, tropical-like foliage of Entelea arborescens makes it ideal for inclusion in mixed plantings.
