Daphne arbuscula, commonly known as Rock or Rose Daphne, is a small, spreading shrub grown for its fragrant, rose-pink flowers in spring. This plant produces masses of flowers that literally transforms its appearance. They are held above the small, mid-green leaves. It grows compactly to about 40 cm tall and 60 cm wide, growing best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is hardy to cold environments and frosts once established.
