Correa Redex is a hardy shrub that is grown for its foliage and flowers. The foliage is made up of branchlets which carry small, dark green leaves held densely. This becomes adorned with pink flowers with yellow tips in autumn. It typically grows to 75 cm tall and 60 cm wide, and performs best when positioned in full-sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It tolerates dry periods, moderate frost, and coastal environments, but is intolerant of heavy, wet soils. Correa Redex is commonly included in borders and mixed plantings, planted around outdoor living areas, or maintained in a container. It is well suited to mass planting on a bank, including in coastal gardens, or planting where other plants may struggle.
