It is adorned with small, yellow flowers in spring which are followed by yellow berries as it grows to 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide. Corokia Mangatangi is commonly used as low to medium sized hedge but makes a great addition to mixed plantings, particularly on those difficult to grow sites.

Corokia Mangatangi Details

Corokia Mangatangi is a NZ native shrub that features fine, silver coloured foliage which gives the plant a somewhat misty look. It is adorned with small, yellow flowers in spring which are followed by yellow berries that attract birds. It typically grows to 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide and can be trimmed as necessary. This Corokia grows best when positioned in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site.
