It typically grows to about 1.2 m tall and 80 cm wide. Cordyline Tangelo is commonly included in tropical plantings, planted around pool and barbecue areas, or added into a mixed planting. A mass planting looks very effective, and it also makes for a beautiful indoor plant while it is small.

Cordyline Tangelo is a stunning, evergreen shrub grown for its colourful foliage and elegant form. It features large leaves that are variegated with mid-green and orange-red, and the new foliage emerges with lighter tones. It typically grows to about 1.2 m tall and 80 cm wide, performing best in full sun on a well-drained site that is sheltered and frost-free. Cordyline Tangelo is commonly included in tropical plantings, planted around pool and barbecue areas, or added into a mixed planting. A mass planting looks very effective, and it also makes for a beautiful indoor plant while it is small.
