How to grow a Coprosma brockii hedge

Coprosma brockii hedges are not only functional but add amazing interest and texture to a garden. To grow a Coprosma brockii hedge, the plants should be spaced 50 cm apart. If you desire a dense hedge faster, feel free to space them 40 cm apart. If you space them out to 75 cm apart, the hedge will take longer to fill in and tend to a lot broader. Trimming should be undertaken during active growth in spring with just the sides trimmed so the plants continue to grow upwards.
