“Paradise Blush” is an evergreen shrub that produces showy, white blooms that are blushed with pink. These spectacular, semi-double flowers are borne in autumn and contrast nicely with the glossy, dark green foliage. It is relatively compact plant with an upright growth habit and typically reaches 3 m tall and the same wide, though it can be trimmed as necessary. Best performance with this variety is achieved when it is positioned in full sun on a well-drained soil that is slightly acidic. It is tolerant of cool and humid climates as well as moderate frost once established. “Paradise Blush” is commonly grown as specimen, clipped into a hedge, added to a mixed planting, used in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or used as a backdrop for smaller plants. It is also well suited to being maintained in a container. For hedging space plants 60 cm apart.
