Callistemon Purple Splendour is a large shrub grown for its bottlebrush like flowers and attractive foliage. Masses of the dark pink-purple flowers and produced through spring and autumn, turning the plant into a mass of vibrant colour. The dark green foliage complements the flowers nicely as it grows to 2.5 m tall and 2 m wide. Callistemon Purple Splendour is commonly used for screening and shelter, grown as a specimen, included in a mixed planting, or clipped into a hedge.
