Brachyglottis monroi is a compact, NZ native shrub which grows to about 75 cm tall and 1 m wide. It carries brown-green leaves which are almost white underneath and have edges that are distinctly crinkled. In summer plants produce clusters of bright yellow, daisy like flowers. Brachyglottis monroi is used in mixed plantings, borders, or mass planted for a stunning display.

Brachyglottis monroi Details

Brachyglottis monroi is a compact, NZ native shrub which grows to about 75 cm tall and 1 m wide. It carries brown-green leaves which are almost white underneath and have edges that are distinctly crinkled. In summer plants produce clusters of bright yellow, daisy like flowers. This plant looks great in any landscape and will grow in full sun or partial shade across a range of soil types. It does not do well on heavy, wet soils but it will tolerate coastal conditions. Brachyglottis monroi is used in mixed plantings, borders, or mass planted for a stunning display.
