Bouvardia Humboldtii is an extremely attractive plant featuring pristine, pure white flowers which are borne in clusters over the shrub. These highly fragrant flowers are borne from summer through autumn and contrast beautifully with the lush, dark green foliage. The combination turns this plant into something truly spectacular and is further accentuated by soft stems and arching branches. This evergreen with grow to about 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. It will tolerate light frosts once established but is better suited to warmer environments. Bouvardia Humboldtii is ideal for “white” gardens, tropical plantings, mixed plantings, container growing, or using as a contrast with other plants.
