Berzelia lanuginosa, commonly known as the Button Bush, is a graceful, small shrub featuring narrow, light green, feathery leaves, tightly arranged on wispy stems. The common name comes from the round, button-like clusters of cream-coloured flowers produced from winter through summer at the ends of stems. This evergreen typically grows to 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide. Berzelia lanuginosa is an unusual, yet striking plant that looks great in mixed plantings with the flower heads often used in floral arrangements.
