“Rosa Belton” is a variety of Azalea grown for its lovely form and showy flowers. This hardy, evergreen shrub produces masses of white blooms with a prominent pink border through spring. It typically grows to 80 cm tall and the same wide, growing best when planted in a semi-shade or full sun position on a well-drained, sheltered site. When grown in full sun it tends to be more compact. Plants are tolerant of moderate frost and require good soil moisture levels during dry periods. When fertilising, avoid using lime as this will stunt or even kill plants. “Rosa Belton” is a great choice for container growing, including in border or mixed plantings, planting around outdoor living areas, or planting anywhere a stunning plant is required.
