Azalea Red Frills
Red Frills is an Azalea grown for its lovely form and profuse flowering. This hardy, deciduous shrub produces masses of deep red flowers with orange tones through spring. It typically grows to 1.2 m tall and the same wide, growing best when planted in a semi-shade or full sun position on a well-drained, sheltered site. When grown in full sun it tends to be more compact. Plants tolerate frost and require good moisture during dry spells. Avoid lime fertiliser. Suitable for container growing and mixed plantings.
