Aucuba japonica variegata, commonly known as the Spotted Laurel Aucuba japonica, is a colourful, evergreen shrub featuring glossy, dark green leaves with yellow spots. The foliage is complemented with clusters of small, dark purple flowers in spring which are followed by dark crimson-red berries in autumn.
