Abutilon palmeri, commonly known as the Palmers Indian Mallow, is an evergreen shrub with showy, yellow-orange flowers from spring through autumn. It typically grows to 1.2 m tall and the same wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Abutilon palmeri is commonly included in mixed plantings, maintained in a container, used as a backdrop for smaller plants, planted around outdoor living areas, or included in cottage gardens.
