Rose Scent to Remember Standard
“Scent to Remember” is a magnificent rose owing to its large and showy, peach-apricot coloured flowers. The scented blooms are produced from late spring until autumn. The foliage comprises small-sized, dark green leaves which provide a lovely backdrop to the flowers. This standardised rose is grafted at 80 cm. The result is a plant that typically grows to 1.3 m tall and 60 cm wide. It is generally pruned each winter with about 75% of the stems removed. It grows best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site, and is tolerant of frost and cool climates. It also has very good disease resistance. “Scent to Remember” is commonly included in a mixed or border planting, included in a courtyard or cottage garden, or it can be maintained in a container.
